Foundation Officially Registered with SECP

The Amir Ullah Khan Yaftali Foundation has been formally registered as a public limited company under Section 42 of the Companies Act (XIX), 2017 by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The Foundation's mission — to distribute aid to the poor, provide financial assistance, and supply books and stationery to students irrespective of caste, creed, or religion — is now backed by the full legal framework of Pakistan.
